In a camping site in Slovenia you can sleep in the middle of nature, in a part of the meadow that was rearranged into a space for tents. The camping spot includes a newly built summer kitchen, where you can cook a morning coffee, under the cherry tree along the garden you can prepare breakfast or you can "bake" supper in the picnic spot. If you wish to make the breakfast in the nature even better, we offer you a basket of fresh homemade products every day (bread, yogurt, milk, honey, jam, apple juice, cheese, and salami). If you would like to try our other culinary delights, you can enjoy the homemade supper from our kitchen, a pint of cold beer or a glass of good wine.
Right next to the campsite there is also a shower with warm water and an outdoor pool, where you can chill during hot summer days. For the bravest there is a river Idrijca right next to our homestead and campsite, which invites you to jump into refreshing water. Toilets are in the house, 50m away.
Kitchen and sanitary facilities are also available to visitors with campers. On another meadow, approximately 100 m from the campsite, there is also a parking spot for four campers.

It is not only the nature that surrounds and enriches our immediate and more distant surroundings. Staying at our farm will also give you the opportunity to get to know a piece of rich cultural heritage in the immediate and more distant surroundings. Not far from the Farm, you can visit and experience the Slovenian cultural heritage of the Idrija and Cerkno region kept at museums, holders of European awards, i.e. Antonijev rov, a tourist mine shaft and the Idrija lace centre, or the very much alive in customs and habits, such as “Cerkljanska laufarija”, and live folk art, or you can simply let the road take you to warm-hearted and open-minded people. Everyone looking for an outdoor adventure cannot miss the beauties of Posočje, Bohinj, Bled and the famous Postojna cave. Lovers of good wine are recommended to visit the beautiful Goriška Brda hills and the special Vipava valley. If you feel an urge for some seaside adventures, follow the road to the Slovenian coast, which will by no means let you down with the splendour of old cities and salt works.
Goriška Brda preserves and develops its rich heritage, protects its natural beauty and knows how to captivate visitors by inviting them to visit castles, presenting ethnological features from the lives of locals, introducing customs and speaking in their characteristic dialect. It does not matter when you visit the Goriška Brda hills, because the local top-quality winemaking, traditional cuisine and olive oil industry, which will fascinate even the most demanding individuals, intertwine in every season.
Not far, i.e. where the central Slovenia passes into the Friulian Plain, you can visit the Vipava valley and one of the many wine cellars or, as the locals call them, “hram”, where you absolutely must try a glass of pinela, zelen, klarnica and pikolit, all autochthonous Vipava varieties and the highest proof of the quality and speciality of Vipava wines that will, accompanied by Vipava prosciutto and Nanos cheese, take you on an amazing culinary journey.
We recommend: a visit to the wine cellar and the cherry festival in the beginning of June, Spring in Medana, village of Šmartno
Bovec, Kobarid and Tolmin are linked by the emerald Soča River, no doubt one of the most beautiful rivers in Europe. The region is distinguished for its priceless natural environment stretching from the Triglav National Park to the Idrija and Cerkno region. This region is known for its turbulent history, particularly during the World War I, and has preserved a rich cultural, ethnological and technical heritage. Posočje opens up unlimited possibilities for outdoor sports adventures, from kayaking, climbing, hiking, skydiving, fishing and cycling to skiing.
We recommend: canyoning or rafting on Soča, Trenta, Boka waterfall (104m), Tolminska korita gorges, Museum in Kobarid...
Of course fly fishing for marble trout on Idrijca or Soca rivers is a must for fishing fans. More info..
Ljubljana is not only the capital of Slovenia, but also the political, cultural, educational and business centre of Slovenia bringing together the features of all Slovenian regions in its own special way. The city under the Ljubljana Castle has a lively cultural scene supported by numerous theatres, museums and galleries. Thanks to its diverse tourist offer, Ljubljana attracts guests from all over the world. Renaissance, baroque and particularly secession-style building fronts give the city centre a special magical seal. Ljubljana’s true architectural character is, however, reflected in the work of the architect Jože Plečnik. Today, Ljubljana offers its visitors a spectacular mixture of culture, fun, good restaurants, clubs, a wide selection of shops and more.
Points of interest: The Three Bridges, Ljubljana castle, Ljubljanica River, National and University Library, National gallery, marketplace ...
The Slovenian coast stretches only over 42km, yet each kilometre is full of surprises. As you explore the coast, you can pay a visit to the famous Sečovlje salt pans, which were first mentioned in the 13th century and are today a magnificent outdoor museum and an important sanctuary for more than 150 bird varieties. Lovers of old seaside towns will certainly enjoy walking around Piran, Izola and Koper, which attract visitors with their medieval city centres, filled with mysterious streets, small souvenir shops, excellent restaurants and pleasant cafés.
Leaving the Slovenian coast, the road will take you to the Karst region. In the cellars of stone-built houses, you can try and buy excellent wines, as the Bora wind dries the prosciutto in the attic. This gourmet paradise is also a paradise for the lovers of the Karst underground. The Postojna cave, first mentioned in 1213, is the most popular cave in Europe. The Škocjan Caves, deemed to be even more beautiful by some and included on the UNESCO list of world natural and cultural sites, boast one of the largest underground halls in the world – the Martel hall.
We recommend: Piran, Izola, Postojna Cave, Štanjel, Komen na Krasu, Škocjan Caves....
On the brink of the Triglav National Park lies the world-renowned town of Bled with its lake, amidst of which there is an island with a 17-century church and a medieval castle ascending over the lake. Thermal spas and other natural sites make Bled one of the most beautiful places in our country.
Bohinj is a starting point for numerous mountain hikes, while Lake Bohinj and Bohinjska Bistrica are a paradise for the lovers of water activities and fishermen. Visitors to Bohinj are inspired by the rich ethnological heritage and many cultural and sacral sites.
We recommend: Bled Castle and island, Savica waterfall, visit to one of the cheese-making Alpine meadows...
