Cuisine
At the Želinc Farm something is always happening in the kitchen. The son Nejc and mother Marta put their efforts in bringing a lot of dishes to the table, from domestic cuisine to more complex dishes.


Guests always praise various soups and minestrones, freshly baked bread, bread-like pastry with cracklings. Cured meat specialities are always available and the indispensable fresh pork and sausages are available in the winter. We try to listen to desires of our guests and vegetarians thus do not remain hungry at the farm. A renowned wine producer from Goriška Brda provides excellent wine.
